This website does not process orders. Refunds are handled by the seller and by ClickBank, the retailer. The rules below are summarized from the seller's refunds page, its terms and the ClickBank checkout.
The 60-day guarantee
- Every package, 1, 3 or 6 jars, is covered. ClickBank's checkout words the guarantee as a return or replacement within 60 days from the date of purchase.
- Contact support first: email [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line, call 1 (814) 885 4823 (Monday to Friday), use the refund form on the seller's refund page or submit a ClickBank support ticket.
- Return your jars, whether empty or unopened. You pay the return shipping, or you can refuse the package on delivery and it is sent back.

Timing
The seller's pages do not state how long a refund takes, so ask support for an estimate when you request it.
